The Brandon Suicide Prevention Implementation Network (SPIN) is an innovative network of community people interested in initiatives that promote healthy lifestyles and strengthens resilience. S.P.I.N.'s mission is to reduce suicidal behavior and have a “Suicide-Safer” community. SPIN also promotes workshops that increase understanding, knowledge and skills to assist people experiencing emotional distress:

  • Mental Health First Aid - a mental health awareness workshop
  • SafeTALK - a suicide awareness workshop
  • ASIST - applied suicide intervention skills training
