| Eligibility for Services |
Placement is based on need; those with the greatest need are placed first. Minimum age 18. Targets single parents, low income families, seniors, and individuals that require special needs. Everyone is encouraged to apply for housing accommodations. Successful applicants must have a good rental history with the Manitoba Housing Authority and other landlords. Some income restrictions may apply.

No cost to apply. All rents are determined by income. |
