Programs

Anger Management for Adults
This is an 8-week program for adults having difficulty controlling their emotions. Mental Health, Probations, City Social Services refer many of our clients, but some do come on their own. A user fee applies but is on a sliding scale according to income.

Anger Management for Youth
Most of the youth, aged 13-18, coming into 6-week course are ordered in by Probations. A few come voluntarily. The issues are youth related and it is an activity-based program. There is a user fee.

Positive Lifestyles Program
This is a court-referred program for non-violent first offenders. A user fee applies.

Counselling
Available for adults and youth through our association with Westman Community Support Network.

Fetal Alcohol Awareness
This is a free preventative program. We have conducted sessions for the Brandon School Division and had a booth at the Wellness Fair aiming at junior-senior high school aged youth.
