Programs

Building Bridges
A 12-week group counselling program for men which is intended to assist them in developing positive behaviour patterns toward their partners. Participants learn greater self-awareness as well as healthy, respectful, supportive, and encouraging behaviours.
Services Individual Counselling. Couple counselling. Counselling for families. Educational programs. Crisis counselling.
Eligibility for Services

 Everyone is eligible to receive services.
How to Access the Services

 Phone the office to make an appointment with a counsellor.
Costs Based on a sliding fee scale.
Hours

Office Staff: Monday - Thursday 9:00 am - 4:30 pm, Friday 9:00 am-1:00 pm.
Counselling Staff: Variable to suit client needs. Answering service at all times.
